Skilled Laborer I

About Us

PSC Construction is a leading construction company in Omaha, NE, specializing in underground utility projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality work and safety, and we urgently looking for skilled laborers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utility systems, such as water, sewer, and gas pipelines
  • Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and trenchers
  • Perform manual labor, such as digging trenches, laying pipe, and compacting soil
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in underground utility construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Knowledge of underground utility materials and equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work long hours in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • OSHA 10 certification is preferred
  • Ability to successfully pass a Level 2 background check and drug screening is required
  • Weekly Paycheck | Hourly Wage: $27.17
